Join us for a monthly class focusing on buttercream techniques and how to achieve a seamless cake. The first class in the series focuses on properly filling, crumbing, and icing a 6” cake in vanilla buttercream. Using various piping techniques in several different colors the instructor will demonstrate how to add decorative details, borders and accents all in buttercream icing.
