In this second class in our buttercream series each person will fill, crumb and apply a smooth final coat of buttercream onto a 8” round cake. Before beginning the crumb coat each person will make buttercream from scratch to learn how to create the perfect consistency. The smooth background is essential as it is the first layer of completing a cake. Using various colors of buttercream and tips each person will create a wreath of buttercream flowers.
