SUMMARY:Buttercream Palette Knife Cake Decorating Class
DESCRIPTION:Learn the latest techniques in decorating a cake with buttercream icing on a 6” round cake. After a demonstration from pastry chef Del Angel each student will learn the techniques of using a palette knife to make floral designs. Each piece will use various colors of buttercream. Shading and various tones can be added to create a 3 dimensional look. A copy of the demo will be emailed to each student.
