This class is perfect for any level of decorator. Chef Del Angel will demonstrate this latest trend of funky dramatic cartoon cakes! Each student will receive a 6″ round cake in either vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry cake. You will then learn how to fill, crumb and apply the final layer of icing. Once a smooth background has been achieved the fun will begin as you choose your color palette and begin to make decorations!
