In this class you will learn how to:

bake a delicious sugar cookie base.

make delicious buttercream icing in various colors.

pipe and spread the icing to form and accent these insects and critters.

Calling all bug enthusiasts to this sugar cookie class with itty bitty critters! We will provide each child with our sugar cookie recipe and explain the process of making a perfect cookie! Then we will make various bug and insect shapes using vanilla buttercream. From a slithering snake to a sweet little sugar ant all the cookies are sure to delight!

In this class you will learn how to:

Create a delicious cookie dough recipe.

cut and design breakfast themed cookies.

learn how to create various colors of royal icing.

piping and flooding techniques to create adorable edible sugar cookies.

In this 2.5 hour class Chef Del Angel will teach different techniques to create these fun and adorable breakfast themed cookies! Each cookie is cut using our custom cutter set and each design is accented with an adorable face! Each student will receive a copy of our delicious cookie dough and royal icing recipe.

In this class you will learn how to:

Outline and flood sugar cookies with royal icing

Create smaller designs on individual cookies to create a larger art piece

These royal iced sugar cookies make a great centerpiece that can easily come apart to create individual desserts. Each person will receive 9 square cookies that will combine to create 1 larger art piece. Each tile will be decorated individually.

In this class you will learn how to:

carve a heart shaped cake

crumb and ice a heart shaped cake

decorate and accent a heart shaped cake and cakesicles.

Right in time for Valentine’s Day we have the cutest to make and enjoy! In this class Chef Del Angel will show you how to shape and ice a heart shaped cake. Then the cake will be iced smooth and garnished and decorated with buttercream and chocolate designs. She will also teach and how to form, cover in chocolate and accent 3 cakesicles.

The Lambeth cake design is a cake trend that is still going strong! Each participant will learn how to fill, crumb, ice and decorate a 6″ heart shaped cake. Chef Del Angel will demonstrate how using various icing tips can create a stunning and unique design. Each cake will then be topped off with glitter covered cherries!

Learn the delicate process of creating these deliciously filled French dessert. Each person will create their own batch of macaron cookies and a filling.

In this class you will learn how to:

Fill, crumb and final coat a 6” heart cake

Make decorations out of fondant including a mini multi loop bow

This class is great for all levels of experience! Each participant will create their own 6” heart shaped cake. It will be filled, crumbed and a smooth layer of buttercream will be applied. The final decorations will be made out of fondant.

In this class you will learn how to:

create a delicious cookie dough that creates the sharpest edge cookies.

make smooth and creamy royal icing

the proper consistency for flooding cookies and for piping

how to sketch out designs on the cookie prior to adding decorations.

We are taking back to the old school with some yummy funky designed cookies! Each person will receive 8 cookies to decorate including pac-man, Nintendo controller, Rubik’s cube, MTV logo, I heart the 80’s, boombox, roller skate, and sunglasses.

This class will dive deep into the desserts of Mexico. Using several different recipes each student will create several pastries including, empanadas, orejas, marinitos, and a mini tres leches cake.

In this class you will learn how to:

How to bake mini cakes, the perfect afternoon snack!

Decorate mini cakes using buttercream and fondant to create dinosaur treats!

In this fun class kids can have fun and be creative in the kitchen! In this Dino themed class each participant will make 3 different dinosaur themed mini cakes. Cake flavors will be predetermined prior to class starting.

This class is a great for learning how to create realistic sugar flowers. Each person will create their own individual set of flowers to create a variety of floral designs.

Buttercream Series No.2

Buttercream Series No.2


In this class you will learn how to:

make buttercream from scratch

Fill, crumb and apply a final layer of buttercream to cake

Make an assortment of buttercream flowers using tips

In this second class in our buttercream series each person will fill, crumb and apply a smooth final coat of buttercream onto a 8” round cake. Before beginning the crumb coat each person will make buttercream from scratch to learn how to create the perfect consistency. The smooth background is essential as it is the first layer of completing a cake. Using various colors of buttercream and tips each person will create a wreath of buttercream flowers.

In this class you will learn how to:

Fill, crumb and apply of final layer of buttercream onto a 2 tiered cake

Stenciling directly onto a cake using buttercream in metallic colors

After series one and two the next level of buttercream decorating includes stacking a 4 and 6” round cake and stenciling in buttercream and metallics including gold and silver. Each person will fill and crumb a 2 tiered cake. After the final coat of buttercream has been applied the next step is stenciling directly onto the cake in buttercream in metallic colors.
