The season is upon us where we can watch Clark and his family at any point on any day of the week. Keeping with the theme each person will receive 8 cookies to decorate in various shapes and designs. This is a 2 day class. Day 2 is Monday the 9th at 5pm.

This classic piped design is new again! The intricate piping work uses a variety of buttercream tips to create one cohesive design. Learn about the process of baking a deliciously sweet cake (your cake is already baked, we will just demonstrate our technique). This cookie class will focus on the iconic shape of Mickey Mouse and teach different ways to design cookies using 1 cutter. Each participant will receive 8 cookies to outline, flood, and accent using royal icing.

This holiday isn’t complete if you haven’t seen at least 8 ugly Christmas sweaters! In this class we will teach the basics of sugar cookie dough and royal icing recipes with dyes and creating different consistencies. Each person will receive 8 cookies to decorate with various “ugly” designs.

This all chocolate making class will teach the basics of chocolates and how different types of chocolates are used to create different consistencies.
