In this fun creative class Chef Del Angel will demonstrate a variety of uses of wafer paper! From flowers to fringe this class will surely have you using this edible paper to accent your latest cakes!    

Join us for a fun afternoon making a stack of flapjacks! Each person will receive a 6” round double layer cake that will be decorated like a stack of pancakes. A combination of buttercream and fondant will be used to create this tasty dessert for any breakfast lover!

Our unicorn cupcake class is a great way to learn a variety of unicorn designs. Each duo will receive 6 cupcakes to decor in 3 different style. A variety of mediums will be used including buttercream, royal icing, and fondant.
