I always enjoy Cake Art’s delights, but Monique’s Tres Leches Cake really stands out. I ordered a large cake for my birthday celebration and was floored. The Tres Leches was clearly made from scratch, perfectly moist, delicately iced, beautifully decorated, and most importantly for me, rich but not cloyingly sweet. It was easily the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve sampled quite a few domestically and in my travels from Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean to Europe. While the product stands for itself, the artist behind the cake is equally impressive – Monique listens to requests carefully and delivers results timely. Cake Art is simply the best!
