Bee Cake

Buzz into creativity with our Bee Cake Class! In this hands-on class, you’ll build and decorate the most adorable bee-shaped cake—perfect for spring parties, birthdays, or just because!

We’ll start by stacking two layers of cake and topping it with a sculpted crispy rice treat dome to form the bee’s rounded shape. Then, you’ll learn how to make smooth and fluffy American buttercream to cover your cake and bring your bee to life. Using fondant, you’ll add fun details like stripes, eyes, and edible ribbon accents. Finish it off with delicate wafer paper wings to complete the look!

Each student will leave with their own buzzing bee cake, plus recipes and techniques you can use again and again. No experience needed—just bring your creativity!
