Fiesta Piñata Cake

Viva fiesta and what makes for a more exciting cake then one that has a surprise on the inside! In this 2 hour class you will learn how to carve a cake into a piñata shape and fill it with fun sprinkles and candies. Chef Del Angel will then teach you how to create a delicious buttercream “tissue paper” ruffle in various colors.
