Gourmet Cocoa Bombs

In this chocolaty fun class we will teach you the difference between all the different types of cocoas and chocolates. Each participant will create 8 different types of cocoa bombs in various types of chocolates and flavors. You will also get to create your own cocoa and sprinkle mix to go into each cocoa bomb. Once the cocoa bombs are put together Chef Del Angel will guide you into creating the perfect unique decor on the outside to make them look fun and festive!
