Let your kiddos explore our baking kitchen while creating this colorful cake! Each participant will receive a 4” cake that they will fill with sprinkles and ice in vanilla buttercream. They will also learn how to create their own confetti sprinkles!
After buttercream 101 this class is perfect for perfecting buttercream backgrounds and decorating cakes with a variety of techniques. Some of the decorating techniques include piping with tips, stenciling, and textures.
Grab a pal and come create some T Swift approved cakes! Each participant will fill, crumb, ice and decorate a 6" cake. Some fondant work will be created to accent the cake (due to time constraints some times will be remade).
All the classics from a traditional turkey celebration will be created int cookie form! Learn our delicious sugar cookie recipe and our tips and tricks to creating perfectly uniform cookies. Using a variety of tips and royal icing we will create deliciously sweet cookies.
This fall themed sugar cookie class will make a stunning display to all dessert tables. A class demonstration will be shown on preparing a crisp sugar cookie dough. Each participant will receive 9 cookies to decorate with royal icing.
Just in time for the holidays or just because...we have a fun pie baking class sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Come learn how to make apple, pumpkin and chocolate mousse pie. Instruction on pie dough and graham cracker crust will be given as well as different toppings including crumb, lattice and whipped cream.
